Is it only us or did September fly by? With the changing leaves and crisp air, we chose to create a spin-off of an autumn favorite for our October semifreddo recipe – spiced caffè latte.
This is not your grandfather’s pumpkin spice latte. A velvety, lightly spiced caffè latte semifreddo with hints of clove, cinnamon, and ginger, surrounds an intense and nearly molten white chocolate zucca (pumpkin) ganache core. All of this atop a coffee-cookie crust using our hand-made pasta frolla (Italian shortbread) for the perfect crunch. You’ll never look at a “PSL” the same way again!
