Breads
- Chocolate Pumpkin Bread: Moist and delicious chocolate and pumpkin swirled into a beautifully
marbled bread. Great for grabbing on the go and sharing with family and friends. - Cinnamon Bread: A perfectly spiced bread which is moist and made of the finest ingredients. This bread will definitely get you in the fall spirit.
Cookies: Our customer favorite Occhi di Bue are now wearing their fall suit, and are pumpkin shaped!
Gelato
Our gelato recipes are always changing based on the availability of fresh and quality ingredients. In the cooler months, we like to offer more of our creamy gelato. This fall we are showcasing many spiced and nutty recipes, and, of course, we have pumpkin too! Below is a list of our fall seasonal gelato recipes.
- Maple Pecan (also Pagliacci’s seasonal gelato): An amazing recipe we developed a few years ago. Crunchy and flavorful handmade caramelized pecans pair beautifully with our unique maple gelato recipe.
- Hazelnut: One of the most traditional Italian flavors shines in this recipe! Made utilizing the “Tonda Gentile” variety of hazelnuts from the Piedmont region of Italy.
- Salted Hazelnut Caramel: This Gelatiamo specialty combines the delicate flavor of Piedmont hazelnuts with perfectly caramelized Oregon hazelnuts to add texture and a punch of flavor to this amazing recipe
- Salted Almond Chocolate: Don’t look any further if you are into the sweet and salty craze! This recipe balances chocolate and almonds with just the right amount of salt to create an incredible flavor profile.
- Toasted Almond: Almonds are toasted to perfection to shine through the creaminess of this delicious gelato.
- Pumpkin: It wouldn’t be fall without this one! The perfect blend of spices combined in a creamy and velvety gelato.
- Punkuccino (a collaboration with Elysian Brewery): The latest of our unique recipes, this one pairs Elysian’s Punkuccino coffee ale with our pumpkin gelato, the result is an unique and delicious beer infused gelato.
- Amaretto: One of our favorite recipes! Hints of almonds and chocolate are all over this flavor. Pair it with chocolate gelato or even better add some pear sorbet!
- Pear Sorbet: Keeping with our commitment to working with local, seasonal and organic whenever possible, we use Tonnemaker Farm for their D’Anjou organic pears. A fantastic fall sorbet.
- Late Harvest Roussanne: Born from our collaboration with Patterson Cellars, this flavor is a must try. A compote made with organic pears from Tonnemaker Farms and the Late Harvest Roussanne dessert wine laces this smooth and delicate wine flavor. Simply put, devine.
- Chocolate Pear: Fall flavors and chocolate? Yes, you can find it in this exquisitely crafted recipe. Once again we feature organic pears, only this time we combine a pear compote with our chocolate gelato recipe.
