Our Authentic Italian Offerings
In addition to our gelato cakes, we offer a wide variety of unique and traditional pastry cakes. Most cakes require 48 hours or more advance notice. A limited selection of 6″ and 8″ cakes are available in our store daily. Please contact us for availability.
Diplomatica
The most traditional of Italian cakes, perfectly executed by our expert bakers. A layer of Pan di Spagna lightly soaked in milk and rum, sandwiched between two layers of our traditional pastry cream and enclosed in a crisp puff pastry. Decorated with fresh fruit and whipping cream.
Millefoglie
Crisp layers of puff pastry and pastry cream. Decorated with fresh fruit and whipping cream.
Delicata al Cioccolato
Pan di Spagna, soaked in milk and a hint of rum, layered with generous amounts of light chocolate Chantilly cream and dark chocolate shavings. Beautifully decorated with chocolate and whipping cream.
Tiramisú
A classic Italian dessert. Rich mascarpone cheese, freshly brewed espresso and a dash of Marsala wine take you straight to Italy. Decorated with chocolate.
Delicata Alla Frutta
Pan di Spagna, a traditional Italian sponge cake, soaked in milk and a hint of rum and layered with generous amounts of light and flavorful Chantilly cream and fresh berries. Moist and delicate. Decorated with fresh fruit and whipping cream.
Saint Honoré
A cake that you won’t find anywhere else! Puff pastry, sponge cake, pastry and chocolate creams, light whipping cream and cream puffs dipped in crispy caramelized sugar.
Torta di Cioccolato
Moist chocolate and espresso cake with a raspberry jam filling topped with a chocolate hazelnut ganache. (Vegan version available.)
